Will I lose weight on this program?

Many participants notice changes in weight as their digestion and blood sugar balance improves. The main focus, though, is reducing inflammation, boosting energy, and creating habits that naturally support a healthy weight.

Do I need supplements?

Not at all. Some people choose to do the Reset once without them, and then add them in later if they want.

What if I don’t have my supplements yet?

No problem! You can begin the Reset with the recipes and daily guides right away. Once your supplements arrive, just add them in — you can even repeat the Reset again later if you’d like.

How much time does this program take each day?

Plan for about 30 minutes for daily meal prep. The Welcome call is one hour and the daily mindset work takes 90 seconds at mealtimes. The Gutsy Yoga practices are optional, and are under 15 minutes each.

What if I have food sensitivities or follow a specific diet?

The Reset is flexible and includes adjustments for different Ayurvedic body types. If you have allergies or specific needs, you can adapt the recipes to fit while still following the overall structure.
